OUR HISTORY


Pushpak Co-op Credit Society Ltd. was established in Kanjurmarg Mumbai on 31st December 1998 under the Maharashtra Co-op Societies Act 1960. The area of operation of the society includes Brihan-Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Pune¸ Satara¸ Ahmednagar and Raigad districts.

The society office bearers work very hard and make significant efforts to fulfill the financial needs of all its members and account holders. The society encourages all its members to invest their hard earned money for a bright future. To encourage the above habit among its members the society has implemented various schemes that enables long term saving and members do actively participate and invest their hard earned incomes in these schemes. This atmosphere of mutual co-operation is the prime motto and vision of the organization.

The Co-operative movement is active in every corner of the world. Pushpak Co-op Credit Society Ltd . is a very well known organization in this sector. The organization is recognized for its quick development and well educated and experienced board of directors, office bearers and staff. The Board of Directors has mentored nearly 51 Staff members. Over 75 Daily Deposits Agents working in 14 Branches around the state of Maharashtra. The efforts of all team members has resulted in the society achieving a total business of over 230 Crores. The organization has enabled self employment for many people resulting in their financial well-being. The growth of the organization cannot be measured only in numbers. The Pushpak Co-Op Credit Society has spread its wings and reached out to over 25000 customers across Maharashtra. The organization is IT enabled from day one and all their operations are computerized. Customer service is the prime motto of the society and to fulfill this, various efforts are specially implemented to enable quick customer service. One of the most effective medium used to implement quick customer service by providing account information of the customers through SMS. The society also provides free inter branch transaction facility for its customers. It has also provided all its daily deposit agents with daily deposits collection machines which enables door step service to all its customers.

The Board of Directors monitor the day to day working of the society very precisely and ensure smooth functioning of all operations. Various efforts are put in to implement all the effective schemes for the welfare of all members.
